Spacious room with a big comfy bed and a sturdy gate. 🛏️ the bathroom was clean and for your use only.

The room doesn't have enough lights. I saw more than 10 insects (roach) in the room. The private parking was available only for Booked.net reservations and the security doesn't know that, so you have to fight to get your private parking. The selection of the TV channels was really boring. Hotel facilities were old. In amman you can get something newer with more facilities and with less price

I had a great time at this place and would definitely recommend it; the room I stayed in was cozy with a nice-sized bathroom, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

The bathroom hot water very slow and short, also one day tehre was no hot water withouit any notification from the managemnet. There was no incedint on it so it seems they close the boiler or the heater for sometime which this should not agree with the stars level of the hotel ( 4 stars ). The breakfast room or resturant in the basment floor was quite big but table cloths of most of the tabels were not clean and the buffet were very poor.

Staff helpful, fast response time on inquiries. Surprise free access to pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. Nice, spacious rooms for comfortable sharing. Smiling receptionists. Convenient location near restaurants and supermarkets.

The hotel is in a good location and I found a friendly staff,I well not forget Mr.Mohamad Ateeq,Omar and Hamza helped me a lot...it was an amazing trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off a main street but not too close to the center. The service was excellent, from the helpful staff to the convenient room service. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including car hire, dry cleaning, and a health club. Our room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary facilities like an iron, heating, and air conditioning. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience here.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
